Is there an interpreter for the “Find Your Element Workshop” and/or “Enhance Your Element through Meditation”?

No, all the workshops and meditation programs are currently offered to English speakers only.

Are the workshops and/or the meditation program limited to women?

No, men are most welcome! Every class is open for both men and women unless otherwise specified.

Will I be asked to share my story/problem in front of others in any of the workshops?

No, you do not have to do anything you don’t want to. When/if there is a time for sharing, the leader will ask for a volunteer. There’s never been a problem finding volunteers: many love to get their problems solved in front of others!

Is there a drop-in for the Introduction to Mindful Meditation 12-Week Program?

Yes. The fee is 4,000yen per class and we welcome drop-ins! Please send us an email at info@findyourelement.jp with the date of the meditation in the subject line you wish to attend to ensure your space. Please include your full name and phone number when you email us so we can get back to you.

What do we have to take?

Just pen and paper/notebook for notes!

When should I arrive to the studio?

15 minutes before class. The studio can be difficult to find for first-timers who are not familiar with the neighborhood. Please print out the map and address, and allow yourself ample time so you do not miss out on any part of your class! http://www.vedatokyo.com/map.html ●Closest station: Omotesando Station (Chiyoda Line, Hanzomon Line, Ginza Line) 6 minutes from A4 Exit past the old Hotel Floracion (currently under construction).

  • When you exit A4, make a left towards Nezu Museum. You will see Prada and LA PERLA to your right. Make a left turn at this signal and continue straight past the old Hotel Floracion (currently under construction). You will see a green sign for Nakamura Fudosan (a small real estate company). Make a right turn past the real estate company and Concept Studio veda will be on the right above a hair salon called Shun.

Can I eat before my class?

We recommend you eat before the workshops so you are not hungry. On the other hand, we recommend that you don’t eat for 90 minutes prior to meditation classes for optimal results.

Can I still take the class even if I am late?

Yes, you can. Please be mindful when coming in.
