The Work of Byron Katie shows us how to question our stressful thoughts and limiting stories and discover the peace of mind, clarity, and creativity that is always available.

Byron Katie explains The Work as, “a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all of the stress and suffering in our world.” It consists of four questions and what Katie calls, a “turnaround” which is a way of experiencing the opposite of what you were thinking and believing. The Work works for anyone with a pen and paper, and an open mind. (Referece: Article on Resolving Relationship Conflicts using The Work)

In this 180-min workshop. you will have the opportunity to identify the places in your thinking where you are stuck, frustrated or suffering and then through inquiry with the work, “turn it around” to experience the abundance of life in reality–beyond the limits of your stressful thoughts and stories.

As we do The Work and question our stressful thoughts and beliefs, our attachments to them unravel and let’s go. The result is relaxation, fearlessness, joy, creativity, and peace: loving what is!

“For thousands of years we’ve been told not to judge—but let’s face it, we do it all the time. We all have stressful judgments running in our heads. Through The Work we finally have permission to let those judgments speak out, safely on paper. And through inquiry, we may find that even the most unpleasant thoughts can be met with unconditional love.” —Byron Katie.

As a Find Your Element Leader, Tim will deliver a 180-minute Workshop on “Loving What Is: 4 Questions to Change Your World.”
