W. W.: “Jodi’s workshop helped me see that I was stuck in habitual states of anger, despair, fear, and loneliness, and that by mindfully attending to these emotions that I have had for a long time, that I was able to at least try and put a stop to and end to the despair that I have been feeling for a long time. I realized that all the stress that I was feeling was all self-generated, meaning that it was all voluntary. I had chosen this path in my life, by myself, and I was able to end the blame game that I often found myself getting into, and to let go of negative emotions and feelings that no longer served me. “
Aya: “Jodi is a great collaborator who is very generous with her services and expertise. I am honored to have her share this seminar which she gave at the US Embassy and shares in her coaching sessions for better understanding of our thoughts and emotional habits . It has made so many positive changes in people’s lives including mine!”
