Find Your Element is a community-based workshop series featuring handpicked leaders from a variety of fields and backgrounds. Our mission is to facilitate connection to Self and the World through inner discovery. We help you embrace challenges, honor your core values, identify your element, and, most importantly, have lots of fun!

Find Your Element Workshop is a 12-week creative evening program that takes participants on a step by step journey of self-awareness and real-world results. The series is designed to help participants break free of inner limitations and create a space for growth and peace. Find Your Element Workshop’s in-person, cozy atmosphere is a warm and skillful space in which to connect with like-minded individuals.
Our vision is comprised of two components: self-discovery facilitated by trained life coaches and inspirational Leader workshops driven by individuals who have found their Elements. In the initial “Grounding” FYE Workshops, expert Leaders will provide you with the tools and exercises necessary to explore and fulfill your element. You will develop a truly valuable sense of self-awareness, based on what you discover. In the latter “Inspirational” FYE workshops, our carefully selected Leaders reflect the kaleidoscope of our multi-faceted society in every field. By learning from these experts, we can be inspired to find our true passion and muster the necessary courage to pursue it as they have!
In addition to Find Your Element workshops, we offered a 12-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation program for 2 Seasons in 2016. Beginning with Spring 2017, we have incorporated some experts of Mindfulness Meditation into our evening workshops to allow for more interested participants to be able to learn more about it to learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, pain, and illness.
Meditation is a proven way to enhance your Element by developing greater self-awareness, wisdom and compassion – relevant for all of us on the path of life. This practice is an important addition to the skills you acquire through our workshops which will undoubtedly help you recognize and honor your core values quicker and more efficiently. We highly encourage beginners and experienced meditators to attend these experts’ workshops!
