“When we question our thoughts, we see choices and opportunities that we could never have imagined before.” Byron Katie

Byron Katie explains The Work as, “…a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all of the stress and suffering in our world.” It consists of four questions which Katie calls “turnaround”, a way of experiencing the opposite of what you were thinking and believing. The Work works for anyone with a pen and paper, and an open mind.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to identify the places in your thinking where you are stuck, frustrated, and/or suffering and then, through inquiry with the work, you will be able to “turn it around” to experience the abundance of life in reality – beyond the limits of your stressful thoughts and stories.

As we do The Work and question our stressful thoughts and beliefs, our attachments to them unravel. Then the result is relaxation, fearlessness, joy, creativity, and peace: loving what is!

“Byron Katie has rocked my world and shaken loose my mind more thoroughly than any other spiritual teacher I’ve ever encountered, living or dead.”

—Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat Pray Love and Big Magic.
